Once upon a time Sam woke up from a TERRIBLE nightmare and he was really hot and shivery and sniffly because he had a FEVER. Poor, sick Sam. Also Dean wakes up because he SENSES that his giant little brother is sick. And then he takes care of him. How great is Dean?
