Well, I've never interacted with him personally. But I've had um.. encounters with him. That doesn't make sense does it? Ah~ I'm not sure how to explain it.

He and Gokudera-kun don't seem to get along very well. And Gokudera-kun is one of my best friends. We're always hanging out. So... I've "interacted with Belphegor-san in that, I've witnessed some of his interactions with Gokudera-kun... I guess that's the easiest way to explain it...
