least quality:
first choice : 001 - Jack Black's pictures look distorted and oversharpened.
second choice : 009 - the characters, and especially their faces, look too blurry, and the icon looks overall too bright.

best quality: 012 - very nice crop and use of text.

I just went with the form but if I need to add to it just let me know. Also, the date is wrong in the post. And you might want to screen the comments ;)

least quality:
001: The images seem to be distorted, maybe the aspect ratio is off. The icon is too busy with all the images and the text, it's hard to focus on what's going on.
009: The textures makes the icon washed out and blurry.

best quality:
004: Very nice crop and use of text.

FIRST CHOICE LEAST QUALITY & REASONS WHY (Worst): 001 - The composition confuses my eye a bit.

second choice LEAST QUALITY & REASONS WHY (Bad): 009 - The white washes the people out.

best quality:
one BEST QUALITY CHOICE & REASONS WHY: 010 - I enjoy the simple use of the texture and font.
