Tidbit from a friend who was over for dinner last night, who is currently finishing up her undergrad thesis on the philosophy of suicide-

Apparently during a short period in 18th century England, the penalty for the at the time criminal act of attempted suicide was hanging.

An hour and a half by bus, at the most. Leaves like every 15 minutes, so I venture down into the Big City pretty often! My housemate and I will most likely make it to this.

Whoa, really? Weird. My friend Phill saw the film last week and said he wasn't sure if there would be another time to see it as they were having trouble finding a distributor. In any case, I will likely make it down to see it tomorrow night, so thanks for the offer but I should be ok! But you should watch it yourself, he said that it is the best film on Rwanda he's seen yet.
