Quick modly question: I'm going through and adding tags, and with very little familiarity with Torchwood, I'm not quite sure how to tag this. Would it be considered an episode, a miniseries, or what exactly?

Hmmm....it's series 3 (season 3) which was done in the form of a mini-series. So probably anyway you want to tag it will work.
