Babysitting

The phone rings twice before he picks up.
«Hey Mike! How are you?»
Micheal grins, wide and toothy.
«CHARLES! My love, I didn’t mean to harm you! Please, forgive me, I’ll make it up to you. Oh, my darling, I’m so lonely without you and your annoying plastic wheelchair!» he recites in his most dramatic imitation of Erik Lehnsherr. He would go on, but James stops him.
«…are you drunk?» he asks, sounding quite astonished.
He’s even more taken aback than his friend, for a moment.
«God, James, it’s half past ten in the morning! Who do you think I am, Homer Simpson?» he replies at last

Ha distrutto anche le mie. Mike è un po' la rappresentazione della sottoscritta, più o meno reagirei allo stesso modo se mi trovassi in una situazione del genere, perciò immaginare di sentire Tom parlare per ORE di quanto siano belli e adorabili i little brown babies incontrati in Africa mi ha uccisa. XD
