Finally got over to the LJ Book site and saved all my blatherings to PDF. I'm working on my novel right now and looking for some inspiration (and information) and so of course I got sidetracked... reading my LJ when it was new, and it was big, and lots of people were on it. I miss those days

i'm so much more cynical than back in the (lj) day. i also read more back then, so spent much more time looking at other people's stuff, and looking for other people to connect with. i think i've settled into a more solitary existence now, which translates both physically and in internet land.

we went from winter to summer, including summer drought. please send some of your rain our way!

I feel like FB has siphoned away a lot of LJ people's time. Even my favorite communities are a lot slower.
