Just an FYI, but I knocked back a similar Flaw for Daniel at the Banquet. It's not worth 1 whole point for your 1 point merit to be limited. Err, at all. That's a net zero to allow you to buy gifts from those 3 spheres.

Silver is a 2 point vulnerability. It's in the book. And, Hilariously, is exactly what Daniel went for.
