We ask in the guidelines that "warnings" not be given for homosexuality or slash. Really, the only things we ask that reccers should warn for are character death, underage sex, extreme violence, or rape. If I didn't spot similar warnings in other recs since the guidelines were posted, I apologize.

I suppose this is as good a time as any to ask then, as I'm reccing in July; when we copy/paste the author's headers, should we delete warnings for slash? Because I'd just assumed everything would be left as originally posted, and then we'd add anything else we thought might be relevant in our own comments afterward.

Yes, please do delete warnings for slash. It's not necessary to include the author's warnings.
This was my error, above. We mods had discussed a policy on warnings at length, but it didn't make it into the guidelines! It does say, in the template, to include warnings only if necessary, and please not to warn for slash, but that's not very illuminating.

We'd prefer if you only included warnings for major issues. We will have a longer post about this asap.
