You know what kind of bothers me... What they call a music video nowadays. At the risk of sounding like one of my parents, I just have to say that I miss the good old days when people used to dance in the music video. Most pop videos have that choreographed dancing in it. I enjoy learning them, too. :o) I think it just seems music videos have dwindled because of the many rap videos that have to include almost naked women gyrating on expensive boats or cars. :o)

I know what you mean a lot of video's out today are just stupid nothing like the video's from the 80s. I loved Paula Abdul video's one of my favorite videos from the 80s was Opposite Attract with the cartoon rap cat :)

I agree, I'm frustrated that videos have become that, however I'm even more frustrated with the fact that people buy that. It's sad and scary to think that's what people actually want.

I know. Sometimes it makes me feel so old! And I'm only 23... It scares me what the world will be like when my kids are 23.

i'm 23, and i think that the dancing in videos today have more substance to them than in the 80s. there's no learnt dance moves for a certain song; you just move your body in relationship to the beat. in my opinion, it's more pure.

but then again, music is audio and dancing is physical; so who really knows??
