Honestly I did not train her to do it, she just started to do it one day. It was the same way with another cat I had that would fetch (albeit my other cat would only fetch large marshmallows), they both just started to do it. It is especially cute when you throw the toy and she runs after it so fast that when she reaches the toy, she does a little flip on the ground, then she looks all embarrased.

I heard that when a cat bring stuff back to you (dead animals, toys, etc.) that it's actually a sign that she really loves you.
