[Simon's been running between his house and community building 7 for most of the day, trying to move his belongings into one of the free apartments, and on this particular run he stops by to have a quick drink by the fountain. He stops short at the sight of the bloody boy, however, eyes widening, then rushes over, cautiously gripping his shoulder.]
