These are really interesting. This is a good portrayal of Misaki, and they even make you feel for her. Most tend to write her off as a villain, but few take into account that she has some serious mental problems. (#4 made me shiver. Oy.) Honestly, if I blame anyone, it's the husband.

Anyway, claim added to info, and thanks for participating.

Thanks. She does unforgivable things, but I really feel bad for her. She's suffering. It doesn't excuse the suffering she inflicts, but she needs help just as much as Ritsuka, and neither one of them is getting it.

This is absolutely beautiful. Amazing. There's not enough Misaki fic, and you pulled this off wonderfully. It makes me actually feel sorry for her.

My favorite fact is definitely #4. It's really simplistic, but so powerful.

Keep writing. *__* I will eagerly read!

That's me, filling the Misaki void. : ) I was actually thinking about pruning out #4 on the grounds it was too melodramatic, but that seems to be the one people like, so I'm glad I didn't.

I DO feel sorry for her, even though she's a horrible abusive bitch. She's ill and she needs help and she's not getting it.

Thanks! I really hope we find out more about the family too. Maybe then I'll stop wanting to string up the husband. : )

OMG They should both be able to stand up to a little force. *cries for Ritsuka-kun*

This just makes me want to cry and cry. Misaki doesn't trust the false Ritsuka's pleading eyes. It's almost as if anything he does that is genuine totally sets her off. No wonder he's so confused. He's forced to be fake on purpose.

I can feel pity for Misaki unlike Nisei. I think it's horrible what she does, but she's clearly ill, and clearly being directly fucked with. It's just so sad... so sad. Beautifully captured; you really do have some insight into Misaki. If I bring her back into our fic, I'll have to have you write a chappie...

If "Ritsuka" is being genuine, he's being false to the "true" Ritsuka--who is the lie of an attempt at reconstructed memory. An absolutely no-win situation for everybody, and just heartbreaking. Mental illness really is a curse.

If I bring her back into our fic, I'll have to have you write a chappie...

OMG, if you're considering this sometime, I would SO go for it and be really honored. *squee!hug*

I'll have to give it some thought. I sort of conveniently deus ex machina-ed her out of there, so that I could move the plot in the direction I wanted it to go. Er, the way my Muse wants it, really. Despite my moniker as Mistress of Torture, I actually have very little intellectual control over what happens. I do not at all sit around and think, "How can I torture my characters this week?" It's much more organic than that. The story tells me. I'm like the violin and my Muse is the [sadistic] violinist.

But depending on how all it all goes down, I imagine Ritsuka will want to see her again, visit her maybe, and that would be interesting to have from Misaki's POV. Or she might just randomly show up, who knows? *is at the mercy of her Fury Muse*
