I hope I am totally remembering the right episode, this was last week's episode with the deaf mute girl, yes? I thought it felt very old school Bones. I loved it. Hadn't expected to based on the brief summaries before it aired, but I thought it was very well done. 10!

Yes. I voted it a 10 because of how awesome it was. One of the best episodes I've seen in the past 2 years.

Now that I see everyone else's votes I fel like I rated it too low at 7. It was one of the few cases this season that actually interested me instead of just being filler around the real plots, which was great. I guess I felt like I was overrating some stuff earlier in the season and erred on then low side instead this time, it could easily be an 8.
