Huh. I really thought the belt buckle had more to do with Brennan than the sniper.

Also, wow. DB is a fucking tease. LOL

But all in all I'm super excited for next week's ep. Why does a week have to be so long? D:

can't wait obviously but I would hope DB realizes that most of us throw a shoe at the tv after every episode lately.

Was Booth really wearing the rifle belt buckle during season 1? I always thought it had an eagle on it. Also, since they swapped episodes, he already wore the rifle belt buckle before Broadsky first showed up...

I think the rifle belt buckle has rifles and an eagle on it doesn't it?

And yeah, your second point was why I think many people thought the belt buckle switch had to do with Brennan rather than Broadsky. The ep switch made a little continuity error.

I just went back to check - it's definitely not the same belt buckle Booth wore during season 1. Therefore, seeing as none of DB's explanations fit the events we saw onscreen, I think I'll stick to my own interpretation until they explicity tell me differently on the actual show ;)
