The End in the Beginning Theory

I have been trying to figure out out what the meaning of the final episode title is for months.  For some reason, I've felt like it's a riddle for something, and I think I may have just cracked it, based on all the hints and spoilers, and the context of the show up to this point in the season.  If you want to stay unspoiled, don't look at this.

Oh. My. Gods....I am totally sold to this theory! I've never seen anyone post anything like this and all the others never seemed 'Bones-ish' but this seems like something that they would do because they go on about how things always go downhill once the characters get together! I'm actually going to be annoyed if this isn't it because it's so brilliant! :D
