Hey folks! LJ was very, very important to me in my teenage years, but ended up moving away from it when all my friends migrated to Tumblr. I'm still on Tumblr, kinda, but wanted something a bit more geared towards long-form going into the new year. Then, I found out about this, and decided to make the move back.

Hello :) I know what you mean on the user pic library - I loved the old 'obsessive icons' group when it was still active. These days, I make my own but it's not that same!

Oh man, I loooooved spending time just looking through the icons people designed and saving my favorites. It was so soothing. Nowadays it's harder to find things for contemporary fandoms. Oh, well.
