I am now opening up nominations for best scrapbook FOR FEBRUARY. You can find the list of scrapbooks hereTo nominate someone, just reply to this post with the person's username. I was wondering about that too actually. I mean, not too many people have theirs locked. And the semi-friends only ones are okay because you can still see their actual scrapbooks. Maybe I'll post something telling them that if they want to be included in the contest, they can provide a screencap of their scrapbook, or unlock it during nominations/voting. But I'd feel bad asking them to unlock it, you know?
Unfortunately, I didn't think of this problem until after I had already done the first poll.. and I want to give everyone a chance to win (plus it's motivation to for people to keep up with their scrapbooks).
