why is his face darker in the middle? did it come that way? can you see it?

If you can, try and get rid of the lighting on the guy's finger and thumb. Making it the same level of shade as the rest of the hand and arm should be fine.

I am gonna give you huge kudos for managing to keep the woman's stray strands of hair.

We tried to fix lighting, gave up, and submitted it anyway. We figure she's standing far enough ahead of him that light would hit his arm. :P That and we're lazy.

Yeah, you caught it in your edit - the cut looks way too clean. Blur it and add shadow.
