Erik/Charles, dark!Charles to the rescue

Sometime after the events in First Class (pretending Charles was shot but not paralyzed) some military organization gets lucky and manages to capture Erik. They keep him in a prison similar to the one in X2 and torture him for information (no non-con or anything TOO graphic please). Maybe they have their own telepath working for them and they' use memories of Erik's past to break him enough to give up the location of the school (but Erik worked with Charles and Emma enough to know how to keep that hidden). Anyway, Charles finds out that Erik has been taken prisoner but it's not until he discovers what they've been doing to him that Charles snaps. He considers the mental torture to be crossing the line, rescues Erik, and destroys everyone in the compound.

tl;dr Erik is tortured, Charles saves him, h/c , Charles joins Erik's side
