Cue paralyzed!Charles being held hostage by obsessively!protective!Erik, and Raven being like, Y U 2 BE DUM? and Charles trying to escape as shit starts going down with mutant.
Would be awesome if he finally succeeds and then something happens that convinces that, hey, humans suck sometimes and that maybe he would like to stay with Erik instead.
