Raven becomes frustrated with her unreciprocated feelings towards Charles and jealous of his friendship with Erik. She poses as Erik and seduces Charles without doing actually having sex with him. Later on, Charles comes on to Erik, who is surprised but compliant. Raven finds out her plan has backfired: rather than ruining their friendship, she discovers she has physically ignited it.
