Clumsy, awkward, this-is-weird attempts to make Raven feel better about her appearance/appeal/whatever. Maybe early in the film, after he realises he kinda messed up on the make-her-feel-better schtick? Because there's this really strange sort-of--almost-familial-but-sort-of-not vibe I got from them. And porn of them would be really hot.
