Okay I'm totally going to steal this from an inception summary:

Erik builds a nest and lures Charles into it.

I've read some were Charles is nesting and wooing Erik into domesticity, but I think it's Erik's turn now. Like a bird Erik builds a nest (uh, it doesn't have to be an actual nest, guys, maybe just a nice cozy apartment) with the sole intent of getting Charles to live with him and keep him safe (and have his babies!).
