Azazel/Riptide, "you make my head spin"

Azazel's powers are really useful, 'cause they allow him to appear and disappear wherever and whenever he likes.
But it turns out that in order to do that he must know what happens around him, must look (at least for a few seconds) at his 'starting point'.
He can't do it if everything around him moves.
I want Riptide to realise by accident that that's the case and use his powers to lock the demon inside the eye of tornado to annoy/threaten/arouse him. 'Cause Azazel has never had his powers limited in any way and losing control, well... can sometimes be interesting ;)
