Alex is freaked out by his lack of control over his power. Sometimes he needs external control exerted by someone else to make him feel safe in his own space. He seeks out Beast when he feels out of control

This is my first attempt at an x-men pairing, I hope you like it OP. Alex stared wide eyed at the destruction in front of him. The bunker walls covered in flames. The targets no longer visible, probably nothing but ashes now. He didn't even realize his hand was shaking until he tried to run it through his hair, wipe off the sweat on his face at the unnatural heat the bunker was keeping in ( ... )

*hands clasped* Omigosh how lovely! Poor Alex's tension and fear, his horror at and lack of belief in himself were built up really well, so when Hank then helped him release/control/relax it was such a huge soothing relief ... After this I firmly believe Hank's cuddles and kisses are a superpower in their own right. *nodnod*

Poor Alex. I really love your Alex, he is so cute! And Hank is so confidence and he is willing to die to kiss alex, that is so sweet!
