I pulled my welcome letter for my kiddos from last year, and this is what I have that you didn't already list as being in yours. Feel free to grab if you'd like:
1. assignment notebooks- Our kids are each given a planner to keep track of assignments 2. home/school folders- information about the folder I give each kid to hold their take-home stuff/return to school stuff 3. make-up work policy- basically a restatement of district policy 4. missing assignments 5. donations- Just a general list of what my class always needs (tissues, dry erase markers, paper, etc.) so that parents know what they can donate if they'd like.
Hello. I think you've got just about everything covered. The only thing I would add is information about your policy for late/make-up work and something about what you expect from parents in the year. Our school has a schoolwide handbook with policies and such, but I always give my parents my own policy sheet with our classroom rules and key policies pulled from the school one (mainly homework, tests, cheating, etc.)
