I know it doesn't quite work mentally... but wouldn't the ones that you have seen showing up be more just like another multiple than an exact Kaoru in particular?

Genetically they're duplicates of both, and although they share your name, from what I've read they don't act identically to how you act. How, therefore, are they any different from a third or fourth or whatever number of multiples if you had had that many born with you rather than just the two?
