For the first part: No. There's no need to play someone when your heart isn't in it.

Thanks. I mean, I feel like if I get reacquainted with the canon the muse'll come back - it's one of my favorite characters, so. But said canon is hella long and Eggo is laaaaazy. 8D

I tend to find that regular printer paper is too flimsy. But really, you don't need anything special. I swear by hot glue and cardstock. XD

As for pt 1: No. If you don't want to play a character, you just don't. D: That's why almost half of my muse list got cut down recently.
