This was excellent. I love how you kept to the timeline. I imagine it would have been difficult in places. Truly an excellent synopsis of their relationship.

The folks at hidden_elysium, the Helo and Sharon comm, would be very interested in reading this story!

Thank you for sharing :).

It's amazing how well this flows, given that it's nothing but a collection of sentences with a single, over-arcing theme. Lovely.

39. Torn
He kept his picture of Sharon in his locker when they returned to the Galactica; one day he found the word "CYLONS" written across it in giant yellow letters, but he still kept it - the next day he found it torn in two but Helo just taped them back together and hid it under his pillow.

That just hurts with a quiet, unavoidable pain and it's very Helo.

Thank you for sharing this.

This was remarkable. Technically it's a marvel, the way you tell the entire story in 50 discrete sentences. But beyond that, each sentence brings to life a vivid picture in my mind, and makes me think about each moment.

I was a little wary at first of digging in, but now I'm glad I did, that was a great read! Thanks for sharing!

This is really gripping. It took me a while to get into the structure of it, but once I did, it was great.

Completely addictive! I read it several times so I could absorb all of these emotions. One question-what do the numbers represent? A particular thought on a particular day? That's my interpretation.

25. Shadow
She cried that night, still on the floor where the officers had left her as she watched Helo and Tyrol get dragged away; she cried and cried and curled herself up in her thin, gray blanket and didn't sleep.

This one really got to me.

this community gives you fifty themes - the themes are numbered. that's why it is like 25 Shadow - 25 is the theme number and Shadow is the theme. I just did them out of order.
