Nathan woke up, on his own, in an apartment he didn't think belonged to his parents. But then again Petrellis did travel so maybe they'd gone somewhere during the night and Nathan had slept through it. As for being alone, well, Nathan was a responsible boy so he could be left on his own without Pop having to wory about him
