River had left a present wrapped in aluminium foil on Buffy's bed, with a hand drawn Christmas card attached, showing Berthold wearing a red Santa hat. Inside the package (Which shouldn't be opened until Christmas, of course) were five copies of Cosmo from the mid 80's.
"...Uh, Buffy? It's Turtle. Just got your message. Yeah," SIGH, "I can do Hair Day on Friday. I really need the trim. But, uhh....if I go with you guys to that, do I gotta go to the slumber party, too?"
