Our overhead light in the bedroom if full spectrum, as well as a lamp on the dresser. Tomorrow I'm installing four daylight florescent tubes over my desk at work. I love you too sweetie!

*hugs* I'm not much help because I've gotten to the point where I can't stand a lot of direct light when I'm indoors. But I hope you're able to find one that helps. I wish you lived closer so I could at least give you a hug!
