Louis likes showing Harry off in public, not explicitly but little things like pulling Harry into his own lap and pressing a bottle to his lips, forcing Harry to wrap his lips around the bottle neck as he tips the bottle, or wrapping his fingers around the back of Harry's neck so he goes soft-limbed and pliant. And then he points out people who are watching them to Harry, just to make him blush and squirm.

You can use other scenarios and I don't mind if they find some privacy after so Harry can suck Louis or Louis can fuck Harry or whatever you want to add.
