I've already finished my draft (as in, all of the fic is done; it just needs to be edited).

Am I allowed to send it in after January 21st or do I still have to wait until February?

hey guys, i was wondering when the google forms for the artist signup will be up? i was expecting there to be a link on jan 20th and it's the 22nd now. have i missed it somehow? the big bang tumblr didn't post anything (to my knowledge).
