Doc Martin AU (early years)

An angst filled Doc Martin AU with Louis as Dr. Martin Ellingham, Harry as Louisa Glasson and Niall as PC Joe Penhale (the cop). Liam and Zayn could be a side pairing as Al Large and Paulina Lamb. Or Perrie could be Paulina Lamb with Zayn being Al Large. Nick Grimshaw could be in there as Mrs. Tishell for a love triangle with Harry and Louis. Characters/side pairings can be switched around as long as Louis and Harry stay as the main focus as Ellingham and Glasson.

I really hope this made sense.

Louis and Niall (Or any combo of the boys actually, your choice) run the NO SAD, BIG SMILE BREAKUP SERVICE. The others are either the clients or the targets. Scenarios may or may not include:
- That one client that use the service so much they gave an order three, get the next one free promo
- That one person who's always the target
- They're delivering the usual speech but get interrupted because the target didn't know they're dating in the first place
- Accidentally delivering to the wrong person (oops)
- Arriving at a targets place only to be recognized and then paid double so he'll go back and dump the client instead. (Can you punch him for me too or would that cost extra?)
- That person who ordered to get dumped in front of his family so they'll stop asking about his love life

Pairing and genre of the author's choice. I just want to see the shenanigans!!
