I know I said I would recap the Nightmare Mansion arc and I am....but as you may or may not have seen in the dedicated post, my copy of Too Scared to Sleep died over the weekend so I have offered to split the work with another recapper. I have started on book#3 in the arc but as I'm at work and the book is at home, I'm gonna do this one instead (

Yeah, I second ocelott's comment! I notice this a lot in Sweet Valley Twins. In Sweet Valley High, Jessica often gets a humorous comeuppance (even if she never really permanently learns her lesson). But in SVT, things seem to always magically go her way! She hardly ever has to admit anything she's done wrong. I want a bit of her luck.

Ummm...why does this book have so many references to the Rizzos being gangster?? Methinks Francine Pascal and her ghostwriters are trying to say something about Italian Americans such as myself. Do they think we all act like characters in Goodfellas?? lol

I'm thinking they might....lol.....Sarah actually has two dreams, both about how the Rizzos are gangster types, but i merged them because they are both pretty much the same. I think it's cos in the earlier books, Tony is a thug who hits Steven and so on.

I read that last comment as "hits on Steven". I'd love to see how Stevey-boy would handle that.
