The idea came to me that there are a lot of women in the Sweet Valley novels whom have been the victims of boyfriend stealing by the Wakefield twins.

Jessica is much more out front with the boyfriend stealing, she just does it. Elizabeth is much more of a sneaky bitch with the whole ordeal as outlined in the Elizabeth series recaps. She manages to

My advice to these women (of which there are many):

Chances are you have light brown hair with a name like Susan or Ginnie or Heather and if there was to be a book cover with you on it (as if that would ever happen!) you would be desperately clinging to your boyfriend while he looks longingly off to the side (where you know a twin is standing- that is, if she is not also on the cover looking mischievous/consoling your boyfriend with a shoulder pat.)

So I say, turn your life around! Dye your hair blonde and get blue/green contacts because there is no hope in Sweet Valley without this look. And even then you're not a twin. So maybe move to Wisconsin or somewhere. :)

And forget dear boyfriend. He will be used and then ditched by twins/Lila Fowler and he will come crawling back to you- tell him to get lost! And then you may fade into the background of Sweet Valley which means chances are you will survive the earthquake and go on to college. :) So it's not all bad.
