Did you guys know I have the best husband ever? For Valentine’s Day he gifted me with all the books in this SVU miniseries, #44-47. What a great present for me, and for you by extension, for none of these have been reviewed yet.
If I had known there were men like this, I would have gotten married!

Haha yeah she's more of a nun then I am and I am actually a practising Christian. But my attitude is more "others can do what they want but don't expect me to." I bet Liz doesn't even masturbate...

Great recap! And I totally concur re: your husband being the best. I'm also currently in the process of digging myself deeper and deeper into a bottomless pit of law school debt, and there are absolutely NO guys around here who even begin to approach that level of awesomeness.

Awesome recap!!! I used to love this little trilogy, although I remember even at age 14, Liz annoyed the f*ck out of me for being so stupid as to think that everyone else at college, along with her, thought that sex was evil.

Also, in one of the Margo books, Jessica’s boyfriend (Jeremy?) is killed by the evil deranged Margo & in SVU 17 Jessica’s professor/boyfriend Lewis kills himself by driving himself & his evil ex wife off a cliff, bring Jess’s ex bf’s tally up to 5!!!!! 5 dead boyfriends that I know of by the time she’s 18, yet she still manages to recover in about 5 seconds

Yes, there are at least 5 :) The guy in the Margo books is called James - I think he dies in 'The Evil Twin'.

Excellent recap! I remember this SVU plot arc, I was most upset about Nick. (Though obviously not that upset because I just had to look back at the recap to remember his name.)

Yes, James the Dirtbike Guy! He does finally die in The Evil Twin. Besides Sam, Christian, and James, there's also that vampire from SVH #126-128 (do guys who are undead count as dead?) and then Nick and Louis Miles for a grand total of 6! (5.5 if you prorate for the fact that the vampire was technically dead but still walking around and talking and turning into magpies and stuff.)

I read these books, I owned these books, I lost these books in a flood.

They were my faves out of the whole SVU series. Thank you so much for doing them.

Your husband is more awesome than Nick, Sam and Bruce all rolled into one.
