Last time Evan was a crybaby because he got waitlisted at Berkeley, Melissa and Will got back together, and Jessica became the responsible twin while Elizabeth was a flake. And I’m disappointed because there’s almost no Melissa Fox in this entire book and too much Trent. He becomes a massive tool.

Oh God, that would be awesome.

I think we all know, though, that Evan got his acceptance early because he's just such an individual.

When he gets there the following night, it’s mostly punk, goth people going in. Lots of black, leather, and neon hair. Trent, in his jeans and blue v-neck sweater, are out of place.

That's not Trent, that's Tom! Seriously with the Jeremy and Jeffy and Joey plus your fun recap it felt like some warped episode of Daria.

I don't know how college apps and stuff go in the US, but I always thought a prime consideration was experiencing new things and studying what interests you...I really don't get why anyone would want to stay in Sweet Valley...

Nooooooooo! That's my favorite and I hate when I find that I have things in common with Liz.

Hey, Trent, the first two cars MY parents let me drive were minivans.

I'm jealous. I've never had a car.

I truly applaud you recapping the SY series and taking one for the group. I doubt I'd make it through 2 pages!

I hate having things in common with Liz, too! She's terrible!

I was enjoying these books at first because Melissa was so diabolical; I even laughed out loud reading the first one I recapped! But these suck sooo bad.

Anyway, I also wanted to say that you are one of my absolute fave recappers, so you better keep it up! :)

Elizabeth is fuming because Jessica is tying up the family computer, the only one with internet access.

AHAHAHAHAHA. My family had a network long before 2002, and NZ is far from the leader in internet technology.

Elizabeth never says that she ASKED Jess to hurry up, so I don’t know why she’s so mad. Ohhh, right. Because she’s Elizabeth and everyone has to do what she says all the time.

SHUT! UP! ELIZABETH!!!!!

Also, I would really love to see Elizabeth ask Jessica and Jessica say that she'll move once Elizabeth gives her credit for the work she did in the previous book.
