SVU #11: Take Back the Night

Apr 24, 2008 12:49

We continue with our "90210" rip-off.  The part of Kelly Taylor will be played by Elizabeth Wakefield this evening.  Also, will someone please rescue Lila off the mountain?!  She's no longer nude and rolling around in the grass, so I've lost interest with this plotline.  Sorry it took so long to post this...there are two supa' lame subplots ( Read more... )

recapper: amandahug_nkiss, crazy celine, bruce patman, major continuity errors, miss lila fowler, crazy william, attempted rape (real), svu, enid "alex" rollins

Is Chief Wiggum running the SVPD?
That's a big yes, ma'am.

This James/Jessica plot was just a rip-off of "Don't Go Home With John." Lila does (real) attempted rapes better.

Yay! My sister and I are obsessed with "The Family Dog" and no one ever knows what we're talking about. Congratulations...your ten fictional dollars are on their way!

The same guy directed Iron Giant and The Incredibles and Ratatouille, in case you wanted to see more. :)

Sooooo true. She really is heinous in most of these books, isn't she?

The Celine-lusting-for-William thing is so stupid. There's no real reason why she should be so hooked on him, and certainly not to the point that she gets over that silly inconvenience with his insanity and attempted murder and racist secret society and all that. *eye roll*

The should've renamed this Melodrama Valley University. So much suckage!

Yeah, I've never understood her obsession and the writers never fleshed her out beyond "Crazy Southern chick."
Hey...weren't Margo and Nora from the South?

Yup! Margo and Nora were from Savannah, Georgia, ya'll. *add southern twang*. So was Celine.

Francine must have it out for us Southerners.

My pleasure...it's a good book, but not as awesome as #10.

Do you have any others? I mean, for SVU? They are the ones I remember the most - I was way too young for SVH. (Fact: Double Love came out about four years before I was born.)

I have quite a few more. I think I'm going to do "Here Comes the Bride" next. There's tons of Alice Wakefield craziness involved...she's a total momzilla!
