That sounds like more of an adventure than I'd want to have in the morning!
I completed my NaNo outline over the weekend, cleaned out part of my closet, and finished some Christmas crafts, so it was a productive 3 day weekend. There's still some character work to tackle before November, but I am basically ready to go. Now it is back to editing until October at least.

That does sound very productive! Was there a holiday in the US to give you a three day weekend? That would definitely help with productivity! I don't get one till the end of Oct. here in NZ. I'm so pleased you are where you want to be before Nano! ;-)
Yeah, Monday was Labor Day. Last holiday from work until Thanksgiving...but at least my daughter and I have 2 days off in October for 2 shows we're going to see.
Ah! Our Labour Day is not till the end of October, and of course we don't have Thanksgiving, so nothing for us till Christmas after that. I always find this part of the year is the hardest (for Kiwis) as our last long weekend was King's Birthday at the start of June, and then we get nothing all through winter, with Oct's Labour Day as our next one! Thank goodness we get 5 weeks annual leave each year or I'd go mad waiting out winter!
I need to finish the fic I was working on for the drabble/icon challenge. But man, I have a hard time finishing anything these days. Excited for the next challenge, too!
Oh, and by the way, it's Tuesday here now, too, so don't feel so bad. Hahaha.
Good luck with finishing the fic - I know how you feel, as I haven't finished so many WIPs in so long now I've forgotten what most of them are about! Hopefully Give it a Whirl will inspire, once it kicks off!
LOL, it's Wed here already! I guess the days will do what they will - and at least it's closer to Friday now! ;-)
