I'm not even close to 84% right now, more like 55%, but that's okay, too. Stalled out on my drabble challenge since it decided to turn into a full fledged fic, but maybe I can pull some of it together here before the end of the month.
I've met my goal for August and then some. Like, I'm almost to 11,000, and my goal was 3100. Now I have to figure out what my goal for September should be since I'm on a writing roll.
Monday was a long ride home after spending the weekend with my mom and one of my brothers...so not much creativity this weekend. But I did have lots of thinking time to sort out plot holes. The 4-day week will be busy ahead of another 3-day weekend...but I hope to have another good weekend ahead. Made my count, hoping to get my outline done this weekend...so I'm in a good place.
I didn't realise you and Amy were both in on the Utah trip, but woohoo! Glad you are getting to meet up more! I miss you both and Utah! Bryce in the rain would have been completely different from when we were there!
And on a creative note, I'm thrilled to say I've managed 34 icons so far this month! Hope to make one each for the rest of the Drabble/Icon challenge on the weekend!
Sorry, I thought I had mentioned. My brain is not what it once was. I think.
I do think the colors were much more saturated without the bright sunlight. But in typical me fashion, rain never occurred to me, so I was there in a t-shirt and keds and was soaked through. Completely worth it, and made my brand-new-bought-it-at-the-gift-shop-on-the-way-out sweatshirt feel OH SO COMFY. HA!
YAY FOR YOU AND CREATIVITY! That is an impressive haul.
Amy has been bitten by the travel bug, and I believe there will be more to come. We will keep you looped!
