After 24 hours, the elderberry wine is getting off to a slow start. At least I think it's a slow start. I've never made anything like this before

Beware the blueberry melomel!!!!!! That is some scary stuff which will pressurize in the bottle long after it should have stopped and then do evil things like geyser all over your table and ceiling! Not that I've ever had a traumatic experience like this or anything ;)
