Now that all that Ethan Haas stuff is behind us here's a real lead. If you recall, I've previously reported someone working on the film claiming "The ID tags for the shoot on the trucks say, 'Slusho: You can't eat more than 6' and a drawing of a slurpee like drink." Well, check out this site: http://www.slusho.jp/ Note the "You Can't Drink Just ( Read more... )

Wow. Great find. Sounds solid to me, though the real clincher would be a shot of those trailers that have the Slusho logo/slogan on them. Great work as always, we must have the scoop on this one.

One could make a case that the Slusho story character "Ganu" could be a very cutsey-poo version of the tale of Obed Marsh from Lovecraft's "The Shadow Over Innsmouth". And the Deep Ones from that tale are very much tied to Cthulhu in the Mythos.

One of my sources tells me Ryouta means refreshing and thick.

I've also had confirmation from a couple of sources that the Japanese on the site are indeed just translations of the English.

I e-mailed Kagashima's contact address several hours ago and am still awaiting a reply.

Great work. As far as the postal codes are concerned, are you sure that's not a valid one? I mean, I don't know how many digits they have, but I know here in America, he have a standard five digit zip, and then an optional (but soon to be mandatory) four digits after that, since the population has increased so dramatically since inception. Maybe Japan is going through the same thing?

What I mean, is, I lived in Japan. In that area. I know how to do a postal code search, too. That postal code does not exist.

Nice find! 'You Can't Drink Just Six' is so awkward I can't help but feel there's something there.

And the site is obviously non-Japanese made to look like Japanese engrish.
