So I managed to get all of this really epic video from today's 4th of July celebrations, and yet I can't upload any of it right now because I'm backing up my hard drive. It'll all have to come tomorrow, I'm afraid

Poor Okaji. He did manage 2 outs, but those walks could have been costly. Great to see the offense belt out 12 hits. A good win!

I wish the offense was a little better (or at least more timely) today, though...I mean, we can't win them all, but they had some huge opportunities today and they didn't capitalize. Oh, well. They've got one more in New York tomorrow, after all...

The bats were pretty quiet. It's games like yesterday's that they miss Big Papi. Masterson pitched well enough to win, unfortunately Mussina pitched a tad better.

And now I feel for Wake, too, because his start honestly wasn't incredibly awful...he might've been taken out a tad earlier, but he hung in there. It's a shame they didn't get today's game, either...
