Apparently I feel a subliminal obligation to find a favorite team in as many baseball leagues as I can.

I'm starting to feel a slight thing for Seibu now. A few of my favorite Major Leaguers have been former Lions (notably Kazuo Matsui and Daisuke Matsuzaka), and I'm developing somewhat of an emotional attachment.

Hey, that's what I was planning to do on my trip to Denver before it turned out that I'm flying there. Good-bye trip to Kansas City and Omaha on way to and from, hello to Coors Field and whereever the heck the Colorado Springs Sky Sox play. No, I'm not on a quest to see teams that Craig Counsell has played for, because I have no intention of purposely seeing the Marlins. Yet.

(I also decided to go to a local con instead of going to Milwaukee next weekend because McClung won't be pitching on the days I'm off.)

Yay baseball manga! Please review when you're done.

Coors Field is a great stadium - I was there a couple of years ago. Of course, it rained the day we were there (and Kaz Matsui didn't play, so I was sad). The view's fantastic, too...well, when it isn't raining.

I just started H2 now, and it's over 300 chapters long! I'll try to read it quickly nonetheless so I can write about it, though!

I would have gone to see the Angels, but I hear their park is one of the worst in terms of conditions (too many rats). However, I'm uber jealous you're going to San Fran--their stadium is amazing. (I'm intimidated by the giant glove). I've not been there, but I really want to go. (My best friend keeps on harping about its grandeur when she went.)

It is? Really? I guess I'll find out when it comes time to get around to that one...I've seen San Fran's stadium on TV, and it looks like it's a lot of fun just to wander around in, so I'm excited...

I was pleasantly surprised by Perez the other day...if he had consistency and threw like that more often, I can only imagine...
