Okay, so Oofuri got even more of my money today. A friend of mine and I went to Kinokuniya today, and they had volume ten, which made me a happy puppy already. ...and then I discovered that they also had something I had seen on eBay a few nights before...the first animation file book. That book. Is the cutest thing in the entire world. Or at least one of them. I love the cover. And...um...the page with Hanai (simply because...I really like Hanai?).

Oh, and TEZUKA IS OLDER THAN FUJI. (...I was thinking, and I don't know why Fuji screams that. Because really, Tezuka IS older than him...)

I'm definitely bringing it to school with me so we can squee over it. It's just so cute! ...I like Hanai's page, too, actually. It's a great picture of him.

...I am so, so blatantly biased towards him. But he looks ADORABLE.

I love the box scores! And when I saw that they had their pitching forms, I just spazzed. Now I can try to copy them in my backyard!

...I totally just went and put that back on. I also found the one today where Fuji starts talking about chickens... "Hey, let's give Tezuka a chicken and observe what Tezuka says. If it's Sanada he'll maybe say 'irresistible chicken.'" WHAAAAAT? (...I don't get it, either. My friend's theory is that Tezzie pissed him off for some reason...)

Dammit I had a really funny thought/bit of information that was amusing to tell you but now in my sick fueled haze can't remember it for the life of me. It had to do with something....shit. However, I'm rather amused to see Masterson give a whirly go at hitting tomorrow night. That should be all kinds of fun.

I wish there were some really sweet places to get good mangas around here. Unfortunately, no. However just up the way is this flower shop that has all types of Japanese goodies in it(the woman who runs it lives right behind me too!)

Wait I just came across this Win a chance to play Guitar Hero with Pedroia which I'll just say I'll smoke his ass at it. I dunno if I could beat Clay, but I could totally smoke Dustin.

Yes they have Pocky and holy crap is that stuff just epic. They also have this Ramune drink stuff. My mom says it tastes like blue, which it really does. It comes in clear(but also blue) and it's wicked good and I love teh way you gotta open it too by like pushing down this marble thingie...

I'd probably go with the pizza party with Lowell because it's just so ridiculously adorable. He brings Alex with him then Guitar Hero w/ Dustin even though I think he'd be a sore loser, and the Papi answering Machine is sweet. As for Papelbon....I dunno just the idea of him at a concert with me...that may not exactly be really a great plan at hand.

My Japan Club at college sells Pocky twice a year...most of us buy some for ourselves. It's just the best ever. OOH! They have Ramune, too? That stuff's brilliant, too! ...I need to get to that Japanese marketplace that's remotely close to me to get some now.

...Actually, yeah, Paps would probably be pretty scary at a concert. Especially if he, erm, got drunk. But hanging out with Mikey (and of course Alex!) just sounds like it would be so fun! He's probably got the best stories and everything, too!

I can't believe my Kinokuniya closed! Fond memories getting many, many artbooks and magazines like Animedia!

I am not liking Billy Wagner right now. Neither do Pelfrey and Santana. Turning it around or not, you have to somehow get this team on the right track, and that's by getting rid of Alou and Delgado, El Duque... age! We don't need this age around. As an influence to impart on the youth, that's fine, but coaches do that. Older ones without performance to show for it isn't good.

I miss Angel Pagan :(. Get Tatis out of the lineup!

I really miss Pagan, too - I haven't heard anything about him lately! There definitely have to be some internal solutions to this whole thing, too...(I don't want to rush Fernando Martinez or anything, but he is there, at least...) They've got some kids that can play, to my knowledge...I just don't see why they're not using them right now.

I just think this show's the cutest thing ever. And it was recently licensed, so they're bringing it to America! I can't wait!

I haven't started it yet, but I'm planning on doing an epic comparison post in which I do just that! (So far I have Mihashi as Clayboy, Abe as Tek, Sakaeguchi as Jed and Junta as Justin Masterson...)
