Hey good luck with the weight loss goals!! If you're strength training, make sure you're eating enough good calories! The best thing to do is to get a good balance of food. The most common method is the 50/30/20 rule (50% calories from carbs, 30% calories from protein and 20% calories from fats). This doesn't mean that 20% of what you eat should be pure fat, but rather calories from fat.
