Today when I came from work I had to step over an unconscious body in my staircase to get home...%) It was pretty much obvious it was just a druggie, but still I called the emergency, who knew, what if he was overdosed? I don't want a dead body at my front door %) They came only about half an hour later %) Did something to him and he kinda woke up

Yeah, I hate it too... And it will probably happen quite often now as he's back...druggies, syringes all over... =(((
